Education is complex and multi-dimensional. In order to grow and adapt, there are times to step back and view the system as a whole, exploring the connections between all the parts. Other times, it makes sense to step into a discreet aspect of education and explore, question, and create plans to facilitate rich, diverse, responsive and engaging learning experiences. Alternating between stepping in and stepping out is what makes our work together rewarding and productive.
